Soul
Retrieval
Restoring Personal Power and Integrity
During a "Soul Retrieval" session,
Spirit travels to where fractured, separated, lost bits and pieces
of your soul essence, consciousness and energy are lodged (be they
in an entity, time or space), liberating restoring clearing healing
and reintegrating them back into the one being.
There is not any one session exclusively labeled as "Soul Retrieval"...
spiritual energetic healing is just not that clear cut. One problem is
always linked to another, and another, on and on... so diverse healing
"methods" must be incorporated. This makes it very hard to exclusively
label any one session as being just "Soul Retrieval" or just "Exorcism"
or just "Karma Clearing"... but for the sake of conversation, we shall
try to accommodate your need for such conceptual boxes.
Reaction to
Trauma
A souls typical reaction to a traumatic experience is to create distance
or separation from it, even if that means giving up the good bits and
pieces of ourselves that happen to be associated with that trauma. If a
trauma is severe enough, this dissociative process may happen
instantaneously, or if mild but reoccurring, a pattern may gradually
build over a longer period of time creating an ever expanding schism in
the soul. All such traumatic events (even those that occurred in a
previous life or on another dimension) leave scars ("samscaras") that
affect the souls experience of the present and if not healed, perpetuate
far into the future.
Traumatic Experiences
A few examples of trauma that can cause the soul to separate out
are:
physical, psychic and/or sexual abuse
excessive use of psychotropic drugs or alcohol
physical mental or emotional stress or pain
the sudden loss of a close friend or loved one
a severe physical accident or prolonged illness
lack of direction, meaning or purpose in life
absence of support, companionship or love
betrayal, failure, rejection or abandonment.
Symptoms of Soul Loss
Feeling lost, incomplete, that something is missing
Events and periods of time are absent from memory.
Feeling numb or flat, just going through the motions
Feeling hopeless and indifferent, a spark is missing
Feeling disconnected from life, as if living in a dream
Directionless, unable to focus or make life decisions
Having low self esteem, lacking confidence
Addictions to people and or substances
Compulsive behaviors and or obsessive thoughts
An inability to move on or recover from past events
Feelings of anxiety, grief, guilt, shame, fear, loneliness, depression,
anger or rage.
Infinity of the Space Time Continuum
Fractured off bits and pieces of the soul often get trapped and lost in
some "past" or "future" multi-dimensional "
time
line". With a significant enough loss, this will impede the souls
ability to be fully "in the moment" and live in "present" time.
Co-Dependency - the Soul Held for
Ransom
There are many cases where it is not "where" or "when" parts of your
soul may reside, but in "who". Such parts (either given up, projected or
stolen) may be found lodged within another entity... held ransom to
their slightest whim or fancy (see
exorcisms).
Your
energies, even segments of your consciousness may then be incorporated
into that being, only to be used and abused (this may be what
psychologists describe as "co-dependency").
The Journey to Retrieve Your Soul
Spirit journeys into the infinity of the space time continuum... into
the hidden, dark, shadowy nether regions of the "Underworld"... into the
timeless and remote dimensions of the "Dream Time"... collecting and
returning to you those lost, split off, discarded, sold, abandoned,
neglected, forgotten bits and pieces of your self : your light, your
wisdom, your knowledge, your power, your spirit, your consciousness,
your joy, your memories, your love.... Etheric DNA restoration and
rewiring occurs during this time, as your soul parts are reintegrated
back into the matrix of its original pattern.
Escapists and Opportunists
It is in the nature of the universe to abhor a vacuum (even a spiritual
energetic one). Thus, when we fracture, isolate, divest, scatter or
separate ourselves from our soul, in its place (in those areas we vacate
and leave open), we will attract the energies and consciousness of other
beings and forces who, like us, are seeking to escape outside their
self. By abandoning our personal spaces, whoever or whatever moves in to
take its place does with it what they will (even if it not be pleasant
or nice). One may then feel under constant pressure or attack... or it
may seem like our life is not our own (and in a very real sense this is
so).
Soul Retrieval is
NOT a Simple Process
There is a lot more involved in Soul Retrieval work besides retrieving
the soul back from where it has wandered.
Clearing Your Internal Space
Your Soul Self cannot return and be fully reintegrated, in whole or
part, if there is anything foreign occupying those spaces where your
soul originally belonged (light and dark cannot occupy the same space -
one or the other has to give). Thus, Soul Retrieval work necessarily
involves the removal or clearing of all energies and consciousness
that don't belong in your personal space (ie. all that which blocks the
re-integration process). This clearing usually requires a lot of hard
work (a lot of sessions), for we typically get quite attached to our
stuff and do not readily or willingly want to let it go (even if what
returns to take its place will make us more happy and whole).
How Much Soul Retrieval Work is
Needed?
How much healing work you need depends on a number of factors:
- How much of your soul is separated from you...
Some peoples souls are just a little off their bodies...
while others are scattered throughout time and space.
- How much stuff do you hold...
some people hold a little here and there...
while others hold lifetimes worth.
- How attached are you to your stuff...
if you are ready to let go, it will be easy and fast.
if you are very attached, it will be hard and slow.
Either way, the healing work will get all of you back.
This is Non-Conventional Work
I have dispensed with the traditional methods of shamanic soul retrieval
(such as ceremony, drumming or hallucinogens) as my Spirit achieves just
as good (if not better) results without their use (once you receive some
sessions you will know what I mean).
Soul Retrieval is Subtle
Though Soul Retrieval mostly occurs on the higher dimensions of energy
and consciousness... it does resonate with and have a latent affect on
the lower self and the physical body. But generally speaking, healing
the soul can be very subtle work that is (for many people) very hard to
feel (at least initially). However, if you receive enough sessions,
sooner or later you will notice the differences. Some people sense the
shifts right away, others a few hours or days later. Typically, when it
comes to our own self, we are usually the last to notice any changes. If
you are in doubt, ask someone else (who is more objective) to give you
feedback. In any event, whether you are aware of it or not, if you do
this work you will be changed.
The results of the Soul Retrieval work is like switching reception on a
TV from an antenna to satellite - surfing along with the remote control
you suddenly discover you have access to all these new channels. In
other words, Soul Retrieval unleashes hidden treasures (or channels) of
the Soul that have been unavailable and locked away... so what has been
previously out of mind and out of reach is now present in your energy
and consciousness. Whether you are aware of this in the moment or not,
it will be there when you truly need it.
It would be nice if everyone received dramatic healing experiences to
rally their faith around this work (in certain cases, this "proof" is
provided) but indicators of immediate results may be a bit more
difficult to track since anything to do with the soul (especially soul
healing) typically affect levels that are often so far removed from ones
physical spatial awareness. This does not discount the importance of
this healing... in fact in some ways it is even more important as it
fills and connects those imperceptible spaces in-between.
Soul Retrieval work is like...
-an electrical circuit-
if one small wire is connected the whole turns on.
-a jig saw puzzle-
one piece allows for a recognition of the whole image.
-a chemical formula-
one ingredient can catalyze a new powerful reaction.
Sometimes it is the most subtle of things that make all the difference.
This is no more greatly seen than with Soul Retrieval work.
The Absent Soul
When you remove a picture that has been on the wall for years, you
notice the faded paint in silhouette. When parts of the Soul are absent,
you may sense an empty space in yourself and have the feeling "something
is missing"
To have the Soul present in ones life is likened to a "Grand Palace"
filled with treasures.. but its absence is like looking from outside in
and seeing empty rooms. You may even have money in the bank, but you
still feel poor.
The Soul is like this elaborate crystalline matrix floating around ones
head. Some points and branches well developed with facets the color of
the rainbow... others not, some even missing. There could be tens,
hundreds, thousands, maybe even millions of these points and branches in
a souls matrix... yet as long as any one is undeveloped or missing, the
whole is somehow out of balance. Like an incomplete jig saw puzzle - the
final image may be hinted at (if enough of the pieces are present), but
what remains is the feeling "there must be more".
Soul retrieval work returns the missing pieces of the self to where they
once were, as the empty rooms of ones inner being fill in, and the light
of the self starts to shine stronger and stronger through the "windows"
(eyes) of the soul.
From inside the rooms or "chambers" of the Soul, there are many windows
where we can peer into other dimensions. There are also many doorways
where we can ascend or descent into other dimensions... and once
entered, each dimension will be experienced as a unique energy and with
a unique consciousness, each holding sacred knowledge and hidden
mysteries. The more we can open up to our multi-faceted
multi-dimensional self (having access to all of our soul branches or
rooms) the more we can also be of greater service to the whole (and in
ways unique to our soul).
We are like enormous mansions... for some, there are neglected rooms
waiting to be restored to their original splendor. Out of fear (or was
it ignorance) some of these rooms have been closed off with steel
shutters, locked, keys thrown far away or lost. Who knows what treasures
lay inside? Too long ago to remember... we are a mystery worth
exploring.
More on The Absent Soul
Since the Soul Self dwells within the higher (and lower)
dimensions, there are occasions where it may be so fully engaged in
certain activities on those levels (often involving karmic or
contractual obligations) that it may be totally absent from
participating in your earthly life. In these instances, we do what work
is required to free your Soul Self from these entanglements so that it
may be present with you, and in turn, that you may be able to access its
Light, Wisdom and Guidance. Until the time, your human self will
compensate.
If you find yourself missing or not in full communication with your own
Soul Self, you are just not going to be running on all cylinders - there
will be something “off” about you (maybe seen in your timing) and you
are not going to be fully present in and responsive to life. In order to
compensate for this loss, you may have a tendency (or compulsion) to
fill this emptiness with the external approval and validation of others
– from those who represent or symbolize the qualities of your Higher
Soul Self, such as those who are in authority, have power, fame and
fortune (the gurus, politicians, movie stars and moguls). This is
understandable for we are all seeking wholeness in whatever ways or
places we can find (if not wholeness in ourselves, then in others, like
our children, partners or spouses, or even in our work, or political
causes).
If you find that your Soul Self is way off in the distance (doing
whatever)... absent and far removed from easy access, other spirit
beings may step in to take its place. Like spiritual step parents, these
other beings may give spiritual guidance, but this guidance - since it
is not coming from your own self - may not necessarily be in full
accordance with your own soul agenda or highest truth. It is not that
these beings are necessarily bad, but they are never going to be a
perfect substitute for your own Soul, and they will never be able to
channel to you your own authentic voice, vibration, energy, or
consciousness.
The ultimate agenda of the Great Spirit is to help you be you. When your
own Soul Self is speaking or singing or writing or moving through you as
you, it’s an experience of completeness. This is actually a much more
miraculous (and more difficult) thing to accomplish than trying to be a
channel for some other spirit entity (no matter how great).
The goal of spiritual healing is to make you more you, fully
present and complete
The Fall from Grace
The Soul is made up of little and big links in a long chain that is our
conscious and energetic connection to God (perhaps these links are, on
the physical level, the DNA strands missing from our genetic makeup?).
If we lose just one link on our Soul chain, our spiritual perspective of
the "Big Picture" is diminished. Thus began the "Fall from Grace" - that
slippery slope leading away from a "State of One-ness".
To lose even a small portion (one link) of ones soul has the effect of
distorting any messages we receive, till eventually we lose the ability
to clearly know what is right and wrong.
(fyi - Soul Retrieval work will help restore these missing links)
As the way becomes less and less clear, we begin to lose trust in our
guiding compass - our spiritual connection to God - and we become less
secure in our selves and our place in the universe. And when the lower
"Inner Child Self" feels more and more disconnected, the fears and
insecurities take a life all their own in the form of an ever growing
"Ego Persona". The egos impulse for safety and survival compel us to all
sorts of behaviors we would not normally do, all in order to reconnect
us (albeit in a round about distorted way) if not to the real, than to
an illusion of the Higher Self generated by the Ego, which has now
become our Gods (our substitute spiritual parents).
More Information on the Soul
The Hawaiian Priests or "Kahunas" - "those who hold the Secrets of
the Soul" - teach that there are 3 parts of the Soul or 3 aspects of the
Divinity in One:
The High or Super-Conscious Self - our "Spiritual Parent" - dwells in
the higher dimensions of consciousness that exist above our heads. That
knowing part of us is connected to the Inner Child through the heart.
The Middle or Conscious Self - our "Ego Mind” - judges, makes decisions,
analyzes, conceptualizes and rationalizes. It is that thinking part of
us that speaks as our mind.
The Low or Sub-Conscious Self - our "Inner Child" that is the
incarnation/manifestation/extension of the High Self on this physical
earth plane. It is that emotional, feeling, sensing part of us that
makes us feel alive.
These 3 categories could also be generally interpreted according to the
Christian religion as “The Father, Son and Holy Ghost/Spirit”, or in the
Hindu religion as "Sat Chit Ananda"... translated as "Truth
Consciousness Bliss".
The Heart “Feels” - the Soul “Knows”
When
Trauma happens, we close our Heart in reaction to something
to painful to “feel”. Fracturing of our soul diminishes our ability to
be “aware”. Not being aware we don't realize how closed off we are. We
continue to think this is how it is and so we never look beyond our
comfort zones and safe little boxes. The cycle of limitation, fear and
"no" continues.
The basic reason “why” a person gives up their heart and soul is 'pain"
and "awareness of pain". So to ask someone to be aware and feel again
(in other words, to "take up their cross") is a tall order. It’s no
wonder why so many people are in conflict about doing Soul Retrieval
work (or any healing work really)... one starts to feel and be aware
again – something the ego-mind is trying to prevent us from doing (all
in order to keep us "safe").
Within our heart there resides the “still small voice within” - the
"Divine Spark" - the “Consciousness of God”... always beckoning us to do
the “right thing”, to be in harmony with all life, to be at one with our
Soul. However, there is another part of us - the ego-mind – that doesn’t
want to hear any of that. It wants to maintain its dominance and
control, and it fights to keep the distances intact. We are potentially,
in this sense, our own worst enemy.
The conflict between these parts of us can be fierce. It may not be
apparent at first, but when you indicate an interest in healing work,
this ego-mind part of you starts to get worked up and tries to find
excuses and distractions... to take you off this track. It can become
quite insidious, and even enlist the aid of other beings who are equally
opposed to "The Light" (higher consciousness) and to "Love" (feeling in
your heart). Relief from this inner conflict and tension occurs when you
either succumb to your ego-mind and follow its bidding, or do the
healing work and move through to the other side of resistance. The first
may seem to be the easy way, but your ego-mind will still be running the
show of your life (and you will still remain unaware, fearful and dead
inside). On the other hand, doing the healing work might not be easy, at
first, but the more you do the more you will wake up and feel...
empowered, free and alive ! And this is what life is really about.
Self Empowerment
People ask me all the time...
“Why do I need to work with you when I can heal myself?”
Yes, there are a few things you can do to heal yourself, but Soul
Retrieval is not one of them.
Beyond is the door that opens up into "The Kingdom of Heaven". You
stare through the keyhole, but realize too late... you have given up
or lost the "Key" (the connection to your Higher Self). Without that
you are not able to open the door, enter and heal. If you had that
Key, you would already be there (a long long time ago) and not need
me.
Spirit is like a jar filled with cookies. It is sitting very high up on
a shelf, perhaps out of sight. Maybe you don't even know there is a
cookie jar (having never seen it) and you are a child wondering where
the sweets are. You could go wandering all over the house and never
discover it, or if you are not too proud (or scared) you could ask some
one(who is taller and bigger than you for help. And if the jar is locked
or the lid is screwed on tight, this big person could open it up. Then
you could reach in and get the goodies... yum yum!
